چکیده
The main goal of our research work is to search for nodule bacteria local soybean varieties and identify study their nodule-forming properties. In the present study, soil samples from fields in Tashkent, Andijan, Bukhara, Jizzakh, Kashkadarya, Navoi, Namangan, Samarkand, Surkhandarya, Syrdarya, Fergana, Khorezm regions Uzbekistan were studied formation symbiotic nodules varieties. Nodules formed only soils Tashkent region root systems (Madad, Sevinch, Dostlik, Parvoz, Gavkhar, Khasildar, Baraka, Uzbekistan-6, Tumaris, Nafis, Orzu) 22 40 nodule. Forty-one bacterial species belonging genus Bradyrhizobium isolated different specificity, virulence, efficacy 12 active compared Madad, Parvoz these 2 14 pink 0.5 - 10 mm size. Inoculation Madad Dostlik with specific M5-1 D24-1 resulted a efficiency 46.6% 54.4% higher than uninoculated control plants. Notably, foreign inoculum “Rizovit” (Kazakhstan), created on basis japonicum, did not form any roots reason this may be difference genetic origin domestic nucleotide sequences 16S rRNA genes M5-1, S7-2, D24-1, P12-1 showed 97.07% similarity japonicum PRY65 (AF239848.2) 98.98% PRY62 (AF239847.2).

Soybean root nodule acid phosphatase.
Acid phosphatases are ubiquitous enzymes that exhibit activity against a variety of substrates in vitro, although little is known about their intracellular function. In this study, we report the isolation, characterization, and partial sequence of the major acid phosphatase from soybean (Glycine max L.) root nodules. The phosphatase was purified predominantly as a heterodimer with subunits of 2...
متن کاملEffect of salinity on nodule formation by soybean.
A split-root growth system was employed to evaluate the effect of NaCl on nodule formation by soybean (Glycine max L. Merr. cv Davis). By applying the salinity stress and rhizobial inoculum to only one-half the root system, the effects of salinity on shoot growth were eliminated in the nodulation process. Rhizobium colonization of inoculated root surfaces was not affected by the salt treatments...

An isolation procedure for soybean (Glycine max L. cv Williams 82) nodule cytosol proteins was developed which greatly improved protein resolution by two-dimensional polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The most abundant proteins were selected and analyzed by mass spectrometry. The identified proteins were categorized by function (% of total proteins analyzed): carbon metabolism (28%), nitrogen ...
متن کاملProperties of Pyruvate Kinase from Soybean Nodule
The properties ofpyruvate kinase from soybean ( Glycinemax L.) nodule cytosol were examind to determine what influence the N2 fixation process might have on this supposed key control enzyme. A crude enzyme preparation was prepared by chromatography of cytosol extract on a diethylaminoethyl-cellulose column. ATP and citrate at 5 mm concentrations inhibited pyruvate kinase 27 and 34%, respectivel...
متن کاملSoybean root nodule cDNA encoding glutathione reductase.
GSH is widely distributed in organisms and has diverse functions in protein synthesis, sulfur storage, and protection against a variety of stresses (Meister and Anderson, 1983). GR (EC 1.6.4.2) is a flavoprotein that catalyzes the reduction of GSSG to reduced GSH using NADPH as the reducing cofactor. It is a key enzyme in the GSH-ascorbate cycle, which provides protection against oxidative stre...
